About the Practitioner

Gabrielle Paras Richards’ life is evidence of her study and achievement in Naturopathy, comprising Naturopathic Integral Healing, Massage/Bodywork, Nutrition, Counselling, Transformational Techniques and Osho meditation. She comes with over forty years of experience in the field of Naturopathy and alternative medicine. After struggling for the first half of her life with chronic migraines, ear infections, digestive issues, and countless other ailments, she understands what it’s like to live in pain, and to feel hopeless in one’s pursuit of optimal health and wellbeing. She was repeatedly let down by traditional medicine, treatments, pills and promised cures, and eventually decided to take matters into her own hands.

A path to healing

During these many years of living in pain, Gabrielle found the strength to turn her sights to the wisdom of nature, and in doing so, discovered the healing and guidance of world renowned Natural Health pioneer and broadcaster, Dr Shyam Singha. Little by little, he helped her heal from the inside out, and Gabrielle began to experience glimpses of happiness, and the bliss that can come from living a pain free life. Along the way, from her lived experience, she embodied tools, methodologies, and profound ancient wisdom of radical teachings drawing from Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Sangeetam, Brandon Bays and many more.

She’s now made it her life’s mission to help others on their path into wholeness, and stands as an inspiring reminder that natural, healthy bliss is our birthright, not a luxury.

Major factors

EMOTIONAL: suppressed fear, terror, anger, guilt, resentment –  including traumas and upsets; these block healing, may cause degenerative disease and restrict the growth and freedom of the human spirit

PHYSICAL: genetics and biochemical individuality, childhood, deficiency of nutrients, toxicity, digestive insufficiency, injury

MENTAL: values, judgements, opinions, misinformation and lack of education cause life problems and interfere with a healthy fulfilling lifestyle.

SPIRITUAL: Health problems indicate that spiritual healing/balancing work is needed, to fully ground the individual within Mother Earth, while elevating well-being on all levels

Love is the Natural Healer

LOVE is nature’s intrinsic and mysterious quality and LOVE is nature’s ‘product’. Love has the quality of unconditional acceptance, respect, compassion and empathy: love gives and receives, love understands and holds, love heals all wounds. It is in fact, the very stuff we are made of. Love and the caring qualities do not get much mention in mainstream medicine. Be that as it may, love is at work whenever deep healing occurs. Indeed, without the presence of love it is doubtful if anyone could survive on the planet.
